The big night out
On Friday night 21st of June, we celebrated the comming of age of one of our most staunch members Mr Bernie Brodie at Collins restaurant. He is 75 years young and fit as a stradavari fiddle. Every one had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Seven couples attended and boy! can those young fellas and fellesses party. Bernie made a complete ar*e of himself, showing of his long johns, trying to tell jokes and rolling around on floor, it was not all his fault though, he was egged on by Wayne who was the organiser of the party and should have known better. It was such a success we all agreed to do it again.

If you would like to play some fun tennis, nothing to serious,just turn up at the club on Friday mornings at 9 oclock. no registration, just bring a racket and your in. Ladies and Men of a mature age, will be most welcome. Now go for it. Phone Peter Batten on 4139244 if you need some reassuring.
