Club Administrator - Greenhithe Junior Soccer Club

Greenhithe Junior Soccer Club is seeking to appoint a part-time Administrator to oversee a variety of tasks that will assist in the smooth running of this growing and active community-based sports club.

Reporting to the Club Chairman, this is a contract position – an average of ten hours weekly - which will run for the duration of the season (February to September). We will make the appointment for the last two months of the current season with the expectation that the position will be up and running and ready for action when the 2011 season kicks off.

The role will be carried out with full collaboration and assistance from the Club’s volunteer committee, with duties that will include (but not exclusively): general administration duties; website management; registration management; production of Club newsletters and the pursuing of sponsorship opportunities.

This position will be best-suited to a self-starter that can easily prioritise the varied day to day requirements. The successful applicant will need all-round excellent administration and people skills; sound judgement and a flexible working style.
