It has been pretty good in greenhithe over the last month. The main thing I would like to draw your attention to is the fact that we have had a few burglaries over the last 2 months and most of those burglaries have taken place during daylight hours.
So, once more I urge people to phone 111 or the NON-emergency number 477 5000 if that makes you feel more comfortable.
Lock up properly if you leave your house, even if you just pop down to the shops or a friend.

Youth are still causing a bit of trouble. If any under age kids are seen late at night don't hesitate to phone the non emergency number and we will try to have them returned home. Youth under 16 are not supposed to hang around in the dark on the streets or in the park. Especially after 10pm they should be at home!!! So parents, please make sure your children are either at a friends house and dropped off home or pick them up when it is time for them to get home.

I am back at the Greenhithe Firestation on Thursdays between 10am and 12noon. If anything occurrs during the day mon-fri I am pretty much available or not too far away so don't hesitate to call if anything is happening.
