Greenhithe Playgroup

We meet (during school term) on Thursday mornings from 9.30 to 11.30 at the Greenhithe Village Hall.

Greenhithe Playgroup is an informal group of parents and children that meet on a Thursday in the village hall from 09h30 to 11h30. All children under 5 are welcome to come and play with the huge range of toys available. We have gross motor toys including a climbing frame, a roller coaster ride and a slide. We also have many various role play activities including a wide variety of dress ups to suit every child’s taste. Every week we strive to do some form of art as well such as cutting, drawing, play dough or painting and this is always enjoyed by both parents and the children. Babies are also catered for with a play gym, feeding chairs and a designated area for them with age appropriate toys. The toys are rotated every week so boredom is not an issue.

There is a morning tea held for the children which comprises of fresh fruit and water to drink.

Playgroup is a great way to meet parents with children of the same age; you will come away having made new friends. Come and have a coffee with us and relax while your little ones run around and have fun.

The only requirements are a $2 donation and a fruit for morning tea.
