Greenhithe Jammers Open Mike Night 3rd October
Following on from several successful events the Greenhithe Jammers are hosting another live mike night on 3rd October in the Greenhithe Hall at 7.30 PM. If you are a local amateur musician(s) and would like to perform a few numbers please contact Len on 413 9967.
Mikes and PA will be provided. We tend to stick with simple acoustic type performances (no complex equipment or kits of drums).
For those who are musically challenged and who would just like a good night out, you are all welcome to come along. Bring some booze (and glasses) and some nibbles and make up a table with some friends. Come and hear some of the old standards you know and love and some original compositions. You will be surprised by the standard and there are always a couple of muzos who are so good they should really be giving up their day jobs.
There will be a gold coin cover charge to cover the cost of the hall and the balance will be donated to the Greenhithe Lions club.
The previous nights have been popular and we expect a good turn out, so be in early and support your local community.
