Blue Mercedes "parked" in tree!

Saw a Blue Merc covered in branches a the bottom of Sunnyview road, near the obscured driveway, early Sunday morning, car was later removed. Anyone know what happened? Crash, or another colorful stunt by people who put the lovely orange cone on top of the pine or just a handbreak not working?

I live on the street and was there when it happened, a guy was driving home one night and fell asleep just before the corner and went up onto the curb and into the trees.
