Changes to Tauhinu Rd intersection
Up to Greenhithe Community Forum
Transit have asked us to wear a ribbon to remind drivers coming from the West, turning into Tauhinu Rd, how they need to go around the circle.
Print this out and wear it on your chest please.

How is wearing it on your chest going to help?! No one in their cars will see it. Maybe plaster it to your front windscreen?? It's pretty bad at the moment; not sure if there is enough warning for east bound traffic (coming from west) - I came from west the other day, went around the round about to turn into Tauhinu and almost got taken out by someone else coming from west as they did not expect me to be going right around the round about...

They suggested that you pin it on your chest because you'll probably be looking down at your cell phone while texting anyway, and you'd then be reminded as you see it pinned to your chest. And it might help raise awareness for breast cancer. Everyone wins.
