We are moving to Australia later this year and will rent our home out, but would like to know if anyone has any feedback good or bad on this subject.

Hi,
We are a well house-trained family looking for a house to rent in Greenhithe for about 7-8 months from about March/April whilst we build.
I can't recommend a good property manager as we manage our rentals ourselves.
Would be interested to know more about your house.

Hi Kath,
March/April is a little early for us. We are still finishing off renovations. The house has gorgeous views of harbour and Greenhithe Bridge. 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, 3 living rooms. Not suitable for young children though as there are extensive decks and railings that are not childproof.
We have just had a rental appraisal for $750-800.

None of them are any good - manage it yourselves.
