Anyone else been here long enough to remember it? I think we should bring it back! Maybe do Greenhithe Vs Wainoni? It used to be THE big 'thing' in Greenhithe lol.. People used to get a family/friends group together, make their own raft (you had to dress up of course too), and the spectators would hammer the opposing rafters with flour/eggs whatever, to knock them off their course... Anyone else keen to bring this iconic Greenhithe 'thing' back?

Maybe do Greenhithe Vs Wainoni?
No doubt soon you "Greenhithians" will be referring to yourselves as "our people".

Great idea, the raft races were fun but can you really see the NIMBY's of Greenhithe allowing people to pollute the stream with flour eggs etc... In fact can you see the NIMBY's dipping their precious little toes into Greenhithe's luscious mud?!
