Are Greenhithe issues in any way unique (or all that bad)?

I keep an eye on other community forums, one of which is for Canterbury. It seems that many things they are struggling with are the same things we see on these Greenhithe discussions, just worse for them!

It doesn't look as exciting or as much fun as our lil ol' Greenhithe village forum, maybe that tells you something about our areas inhabitants?!

And no Dr Ropata either.
Most posts on a subject appears to be about 12.

Yup, no where near as fun as ours!! I don't think the Greenhithe 'issues' are any different to any other similar community, and in fact I'm not sure what the 'issues' are...Just be thankful we don't have the issues that some other parts of Auckland have to face (i.e. Sth Auckland)...
