Do you suffer from PC issues, had enough of those shops ripping you off..? Look no further. Just ask Dr. PC your computer problems and he'll see if he can fix it. Or bring round a bigger hammer....

Great idea Beetea...

My Comp keeps complaining about low space... I brought a comp with 80GB HDD and 512MB DDR2.... The D drive seems to have plenty of space, but C drive as the main drive keeps complaining of no space... I googled my problem and the answer seemed to be...  take away the 'wall' between the hard drives????

Any thoughts greatly appreciated...

Ok, a few simple checks to do;

1. Run System Clean up (Using Windows XP :- Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk Clean UP

- Allow it to run with the suggested defaults

2. From your desktop right click Internet Explorer, select Properties. Under browsing history, select delete and delete all cache stored from your browsing history

3. Aviod installing new programs unless you actually need them, remember thee will slow your computer down at startup and may also slow it down continious due to spyware and other logging reporting objects

4. Empty for recycle bin on the desktop, always remember to put out the rubbish

5. Try not to store many items such as Word / Excel  / Photos on your desktop. If you have a D:\ create a folder on the D:\ called "My Files" etc... move all items there

6. Your My Documents folder on your desktop can be moved to another location to conserve space, Right Click My Documents on your desktop, choose properties and select move. Move to a newly created folder on your D:\ called "Documents". The move will transfer all links and data to the new location. You should not notice any difference.

Try these few things and let me know.. Cheers Roberta.. :)
