So they have got around to destroying the steering wheel on the old tractor in the Wainoni park play ground, pretty much making it an unusable element in the play park until (we hope) a replacement can be organised; that will take some time and money.

In the past I have seen swings broken, water pumps destroyed and even the floor under the roundabout ripped. All of this damage takes a lot of effort.

For the sake of a few cheep thrills, there is an element in Greenhithe that has no concept of the consequences of thier actions and cares not how what they do effects others so negatively.

Where do children get these ideas and attitudes?

The parents of the children who are vandalising Greenhithe must have an idea what is going on, at least some of them, so please can you pull them into line?

Just one passing thought…

If we are able to grow little terrors in Greenhithe that vandalise Greenhithe, won’t it be wonderful once we have a skate park at Collins Park. This will allow them to both practice their art at a new venue and get some lessons from the new “children” that come to play there too.
