If i run out of beef patties i have always got a good supply of lentils, they make yum patties! i like to take my lentils out with me, just in case.

A good bbq must have watties tomato sauce available, i forone cannot live without it.

Obviously the news of my prowess at bbqing has reached far and wide...


One little tip I have is...


Make sure the steak is defrosted before placing on the bbq...

Best burger patties are from Fred's Fine Foods in Oteha Valley Rd. Try his sausages too.
