Does anybody have a map of Greenhithe that shows all the paths and short cuts through Greenhithe? Could it be posted on the site?

I don't, but there is a neat map feature you can use on this site. Let's say you want have a map that shows where you live. If you are a registered member on this stite (ie you can log in), go to 'my folder', click on the little arrow next to 'add item', select 'location'.

Now name you map, and enter your address in the 'location' field. You need to tell it you are in New Zealand. So type some thing like '555 Greenhithe Rd, Greenhithe, NZ'. Then click 'search'. Once saved, you can point other people to your map.

It is a Google map and you can zoom in and see street map or satellite map. Quite useful.

Maybe you can use it to find all the short cuts etc.

Hint. You can also create a folder with lots of these maps. Then if you look at the folder, you see a map with many points plotted. See this example (football fields that Greenhithe play at).

yes Dr Ropata and some people (in Kingfisher Grove for example) have actually annexed the walkays into their own gardens by fencing across the walkway right down to the cliff edge so they cannot be passed. I think I found maps in the district plan which I found on the NSCC.gov.nz site, and it also says in the district plan which houses are allowed riparian rights and which are not (Oscar road are, Kingfisher Grove are not).
