Does anyone know what is happening with the factory next to the dairy?
Do you mean the old Greenhithe Village Motors ... or the land next to the Church?
The old GVM site is to be developed into a small retail development, developed by Argyle who have done many small shop sites, including the one opposite Gull in Albany.

I'm assuming Argyle have been having trouble selling the leases in there, cause things certainly aren't moving very quickly are they?.. Maybe they could see if another Real Estate company would be interested; surely 4 Real Estate Agents in Greenhithe aren't enough
